How does it work?
InflaScore™ panel focuses on the most common bacterial pathogens in poultry and swine. It also contains inflammation biomarkers to assess the severity of infection. The most optimal gut compartment to study this is caecum or colon. You can deliver frozen samples or collect the samples using our BioFreeze™ kit.
What do we measure?
InflaScore™ contains:
- Five common host-specific agents of enteric bacterial infections.
- Inflammation biomarkers calprotectin, a marker of intestinal inflammation, and Immunoglobulin A, a major secretory antibody in the gastrointestinal tract
